基于预应力膨胀支柱支护的残矿回采技术及经济效益评价

Residual Ore Recovery Technology and Economic Benefit Evaluation Based on Prestressed Expansion Pillar Support

摘要 针对空场采矿方法开采的原岩矿柱损失率高、资源利用率低以及采场不稳定等所导致的安全和效益问题,以柴胡栏子金矿全面法残留原岩矿柱回采为工程背景,提出采用新型预应力膨胀支柱进行支护,综合理论计算和现场试验,开展了预应力膨胀支柱置换原岩矿柱技术研究与其经济效益评价。结果表明,预应力膨胀支柱主动支撑力为1700kN,承载强度高达2800kN,能够保证采场顶板的稳定性。采用预应力膨胀支柱替换回采原岩矿柱,柴胡栏子金矿回采率可从约70%提升至92%,全部回采经济收益可增加227.5万元,支护成本仅10.5万元,直接经济效益显著,且提高了支护效率。研究结果能够为柴胡栏子金矿残留矿柱安全、高效、低成本回采提供理论依据,并为其他金属矿山残矿回采工作提供借鉴。 In response to the safety and benefit issues caused by the high loss rate,low resource utilization rate,and unstable stope of the original rock and ore pillars extracted by the open pit mining method,taking the comprehensive method of residual original rock and ore pillar recovery in Chaihulanzi Gold Mine as the engineering background,a new type of prestressed expansion pillar was proposed for support.Based on theoretical calculations and on-site tests,the technology of replacing original rock and ore pillars with pre-stressed expansion pillars was studied and the economic benefits were evaluated.The results show that the active support force of the prestressed expansion pillar is 1700kN,with a bearing strength of up to 2800 kN,which can ensure the stability of the roof of the mining area.By replacing the original rock and ore pillars with prestressed expansion pillars,the recovery rate of Chaihulanzi Gold Mine can be increased from about 70%to 92%,and the economic benefits of full mining can be increased by 2.275million yuan,with a support cost of only 105000yuan.The direct economic benefits are significant and the support efficiency has been improved.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the safe,efficient,and low-cost recovery of residual pillars in Chaihulanzi Gold Mine,and provide a experience for the recovery of residual ore in other metal mines.
