HPLC同时测定苏菲咳糖浆中的4种成分

Simultaneous determination of four components in Sufeike syrup by HPLC

摘要 目的采用HPLC同时测定苏菲咳糖浆中盐酸麻黄碱、甘草苷、苯甲酸钠、甘草酸的含量。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温35℃,进样量10μL,测定波长分别为210 nm(盐酸麻黄碱0~15 min)、237 nm(甘草苷15.1~24.5、甘草酸40.1~58 min)、230 nm(苯甲酸钠24.6~40 min)。结果盐酸麻黄碱、甘草苷、苯甲酸钠、甘草酸的线性范围分别为0.13~1.53、0.014~0.17、1.41~16.93、0.13~1.54μg·mL^(-1),平均回收率分别为99.86%、98.91%、98.81%、98.49%,RSD分别为1.63%、0.86%、0.87%、0.57%。结论所用方法简便可靠、重复性好,可用于苏菲咳糖浆的质量控制。 OBJECTIVE To simultaneously detect ephedrine hydrochloride,glycyrrhizin,sodium benzoate and glycyrrhizic acid in Sufeike syrup by HPLC.METHODS The analysis was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),which was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid by gradient elutionat at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^(-1).The column temperature was set at 35℃,and the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm for ephedrine hydrochloride,230 nm for sodium benzoate,and 237 nm for glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizic acid.RESULTS A good linearity of ephedrine hydrochloride,glycyrrhizin,sodium benzoate and glycyrrhizic acid was achieved in the range of 0.13-1.53,0.014-0.17,1.41-16.93 and 0.13-1.54μg·mL^(-1),respectively.The average recoveries of the five components were 99.86%,98.91%,98.81% and 98.49%,while their RSDs are 1.63%,0.86%,0.87% and 0.57%,respectively.CONLUSION This simple,reliable and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Sufeike syrup.
