基于护理结局分类的干预对前列腺良性增生患者术后康复的效果观察

Observation on the effect of intervention based on the classification of nursing outcomes on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的探讨基于护理结局分类的干预对前列腺良性增生患者术后康复的效果。方法选取2019年8月至2020年10月无锡市第二人民医院收治的前列腺良性增生患者96例,随机分为两组,各48例。对照组给予常规干预,观察组给予基于护理结局分类的干预,比较两组前列腺症状、负性情绪以及生活质量。结果观察组干预后前列腺症状评分、负性情绪评分均低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于护理结局分类的干预应用于前列腺良性增生患者术后康复中可有效减轻其前列腺不良症状,缓解负性情绪,提高其生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of intervention based on the classification of nursing outcomes on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods A total of 96 BPH patients admitted in this hospital from August 2019 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,and the observation group was given intervention based on the nursing outcome classification(NOC).The two groups were compared with prostate symptoms,negative emotions and quality of life.Results The score of prostate symptoms in the observation group was lower than that of the control group after intervention(P<0.05);the negative emotion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after intervention(P<0.05);the quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of NOCbased intervention in the postoperative rehabilitation of BPH patients can effectively reduce their prostate symptoms,relieve negative emotions,and improve their quality of life.
