高刚度箱型副反射面结构设计

摘要 设计了一种高刚度箱型副反射面结构。副反射面由上下两部分组成,通过胶粘工艺粘接形成箱型,有效提高副反射面的面型精度及扭转刚度。通过有限元仿真软件,对比分析辐射筋板结构形式副反射面与箱型结构形式副反射面在不同工况下的变形及刚度。仿真结果表明,箱型结构形式副反射面具有面型精度高、扭转刚度大等优点。 The high-stiffness box-type sub-reflective surface structure was designed.The sub-reflective surface is composed of two parts,upper and lower,and bonded by adhesive process to form a box type,which effectively improves the surface accuracy and torsional rigidity of the sub-reflective surface.Through the finite element simulation software,the deformation and stiffness of radiant rib plate structure form sub-reflective surface and box-type structure form sub-reflective surface under different working conditions were compared and analyzed.The simulation results show that the box-type structure form sub-reflective surface has the advantages of high surface accuracy and large torsional stiffness.
