水压试验机立柱和机座的设计

Design of Column and Frame of Hydrostatic Testing Machine

运用等应力理论,设计了水压试验机的立柱和机座。应用ANSYS Workbench软件进行有限元分析,得到立柱的变形云图、等效应力云图,以及机座的等效应力云图。通过水压试验,验证了设计与分析的正确性。

Using the isostress theory,the column and frame of the hydrostatic testing machine were designed.The finite element analysis was performed by using ANSYS Workbench software to obtain the deformation cloud,the equivalent force cloud of the column,and the equivalent force cloud of the frame.Through the hydrostatic test,the correctness of the design and analysis was verified.
