摘要
随着我国建筑业进入高质量发展阶段,绿色化、工业化、信息化、智能化融合发展成为必然趋势。为进一步提升绿色建筑智慧水平,总结运行阶段绿色建筑的智能化技术应用情况,对北京市现行的绿色建筑评价标准在建筑智能化方面的有关要求进行了归纳,调研了北京市74个获得绿色建筑标识并运行一年以上的绿色建筑项目,对智能化技术应用情况进行了总结分析,挖掘出新建民用建筑、新建工业建筑和既有绿色改造建筑中应用普遍的智能化技术,以及普及率低的技术情况。同时结合实际应用分析结论,对绿色建筑中智能化技术发展方向提出了建议。
As China's construction industry enters into high-quality development stage,the integration of green,industrialization,informatization and intelligence has become an inevitable trend.In order to further improve the intelligent level of green buildings and summarize the application of intelligent technology in operation stage green buildings,this paper sorted out the relevant requirements of the current green building evaluation standards in Beijing in terms of building intelligence,investigated 73 projects that have obtained green building certification and have been in operation for more than one year in Beijing,and analyzed the application of intelligent technology.Excavated the common intelligent technologies used in new civil buildings,new industrial buildings and existing green retrofitting buildings,as well as the relevant technologies with low penetration rate.Combined with the practical application analysis conclusion,suggestions are proposed for the development direction of intelligent technology in green buildings.
