摘要
在碳减排进程加速的迫切需求下,装配式建筑成为推动建筑工业化绿色发展的关键,装配式建筑预制构件生产基地选址则是发展的首要问题。为解决其选址问题,通过分析影响生产基地选址的各种因素,利用因子分析法筛选大量评价指标,建立了包括产业环境、经济因素、基础设施、可持续发展、绿色化能力等五维度选址决策评价指标体系。引入博弈论思想耦合层次分析法(AHP)与熵权法形成组合权重,有效降低传统主观赋权法的主观偏差,建立博弈TOPSIS选址模型,科学地构建选址标准化流程。以大同市为例,对3个装配式建筑预制构件厂备选地址进行实例验证,选址结果符合实际,证明该模型的有效性与适用性。
Under the urgent demand of accelerated carbon emission reduction process,prefabricated buildings become the key to promote the green development of construction industrialization,and the site selection of prefabricated buildings is the primary issue of development.In order to solve this problem,this study uses factor analysis to screen a large number of evaluation indicators by analyzing various factors affecting the site selection of production bases,a five-dimensional site selection decision evaluation index system including industrial environment,economic factors,infrastructure,sustainable development,and greening capability was established.The game theory idea of coupled hierarchical analysis(AHP)and entropy method is introduced to form a combination of weights to effectively reduce the subjective bias of the traditional subjective assignment method,establish the game TOPSIS site selection model and scientifically building a standardized process for site selection.Taking the city of Datong as an example,three alternative addresses of prefabricated component production for assembled buildings were verified,and the site selection results are in line with reality,which proves the validity and applicability of the model.
