在教育改革中校长们最期待教育局长承担引领者的角色。“引领者”不是要抛弃教育局长的其他角色,而是在新时期教育改革中更加凸显这一角色作用。教育局长在教育改革中的引领者角色,注重构建多元环形互动的合作关系,融合压力与支持两种变革策略,唤醒全体参与者的改革主体意识。作为地区教育改革的关键人物,教育局长可以从提高学习力、改善心智模式、建构信任分享的组织文化、建立畅通的对话交流机制等方面着手,实现向引领者角色的转变。

In the education reform,school principals expect superintendents to take on the role of a guider.Being a"guider"does not mean to abandon other roles,but rather highlight this role in the new era of education reform.The role of superintendent as a guider in education reform focuses on constructing a diverse and coopera-tive relationship of multiple circular interactions,integrating the reform strategies of pressure and support,and awakening the subject consciousness of all participants.As key figures in regional education reform,the superin-tendents can start by improving their learning capacity,refining their mental models,building an organizational culture of trust and sharing,and establishing an unobstructed communication mechanism,so as to achieve the transformation towards the role of a guider.
