初中音体美教师资源配置的动态演进与影响分析——基于Kernel密度估计和面板回归方法

Dynamic Evolution and Influence Analysis of Junior Middle School Teachers'Resource Allocation of Music,Sports and Aesthetics-On the Basis of Kernel Density Estimation and Panel Regression

厘清初中音体美教师资源配置的时空差异现状及特征,旨在指导初中音体美教师资源配置工作,助推义务教育高质量发展。运用基尼系数、泰尔指数、Kernel密度估计等方法探讨2014-2020年江西省初中音体美教师资源配置水平的区域差异和分布动态演进过程,采用面板模型探究初中音体美教师资源配置水平的影响因素。研究发现,全省初中音体美教师资源配置虽然存在两极分化现象,但分化程度呈逐渐减弱的态势;泰尔指数和Kernel密度估计表明,全省初中音体美教师资源配置城乡差异明显,主要表现为农村地区初中音体美教师资源配置的不均衡程度高于城市和县镇地区;从影响因素来看,地方经济发展水平和教育经费投入水平对初中音体美教师资源配置水平具有显著正向影响。强化教育理念与管理、厘清专职教师缺额、多渠道优化教师供给和提升职业吸引力将有助于推进初中音体美教育的健康发展。

The purpose of clarifying the current situation and characteristics of spatiotemporal differences in the middle school resource allocation of music,sports,and aesthetics is to guide the allocation and promote the high-quality development of compulsory education.Using Gini coefficient,Theil index,and Kernel density esti-mation,this study explores the regional differences and dynamic evolution of the resource allocation level of middle school music,sports,and aesthetics teachers in Jiangxi Province from Year 2014 to 2020.A panel model is used to explore the influencing factors of the resource allocation level.Research has found that although there is a polarization in the resource allocation in the province,the degree of differentiation is gradually weakening;the Theil index and Kernel density estimation indicate that there is a significant urban-rural difference in the allo-cation,mainly manifested in the higher degree of imbalance in rural areas than that in urban and county/town ar-eas;from the perspective of influencing factors,the level of local economic development and educational invest-ment have a significant positive impact on the resource allocation level.Strengthening educational concepts and management,clarifying the shortage of full-time teachers,optimizing teacher supply through multiple channels,and enhancing professional attractiveness will help promote the healthy development of middle school music,sports,and aesthetics education.
