摘要
绩效管理是企业运营管理的核心问题之一,而国有企业在绩效管理方面往往存在问题与不足,影响了企业的长期、稳定发展。由于国有企业在体制机制等方面具有一定特殊性,因此在如何激发国有企业员工的积极性和创造性,提高国有企业的市场竞争力,提升国有企业的整体管理水平等方面,都对国有企业提升绩效管理能力提出了迫切的需求。文章针对国有企业在绩效管理领域存在的问题和不足以及优化等方面进行分析和探讨,为有关人员提供一定参考。
Performance management is one of the core issues in enterprise operation and management,and state-owned enterprises often exist problems and deficiencies in performance management,which affects the long-term and stable development of enterprises.Due to the special characteristics of state-owned enterprises in terms of institutional mechanisms,there is an urgent need for state-owned enterprises to enhance their performance management capabilities in terms of stimulating the enthusiasm and creativity of their employees,improving their market competitiveness,and enhancing their overall management level.The article analyzes and explores the problems,shortcomings,and optimization of performance management in state-owned enterprises,in order to provide some reference for relevant personnels.
