商业银行绿色金融债券风险管理的问题及策略

Problems and Strategies of Risk Management of Green Financial Bonds in Commercial Banks

随着我国对于实现“双碳”战略目标的路径逐渐清晰,我国绿色金融业得到了飞速发展,文章通过对我国商业银行绿色金融债券发行现状分析,指出我国商业银行发行这一金融工具面临的各种风险及问题,并对商业银行绿色金融债券风险管理的原则进行了梳理,针对性提出了绿色金融债券风险管理的对策,从而有力推动了我国商业银行绿色金融债券业务的开展,也更好地促进了商业银行经营绩效和我国环保产业的发展。

As the way of Chinese carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals becoming more and more clear,our green financial industry has developed rapidly.This paper points out various risks and problems faced by Chinese commercial banks in issuing this financial instrument on the basis of the analysis of the current situation of the green financial bond issue in Chinese commercial banks and combs out the principles of risk management of commercial banks'green financial bonds.The targeted measures of risk management of green financial bonds are put forward,so as to promote the development of green financial bonds in Chinese commercial banks,and better promote commercial banks'operating performance and the development of Chinese environmental protection industry.
