摘要
板式换热器在工业部门中应用广泛。在实际焊接过程中,板片组间焊接部位间隙大导致焊接效率低、生产成本高。针对焊接过程中焊接效率低的问题,设计了一种焊接夹紧装置。分析了全焊接板式换热器焊接夹紧动作,提出了一种三轴联动快速夹紧方法和焊接夹紧装置设计方案。研究了焊接夹紧装置关键夹紧部位的工作流程,利用SolidWorks软件对换热器焊接夹紧装置进行了三维建模仿真模拟,优化了结构,研制了焊接夹紧装置样机,进行了试验。试验结果证明,焊接夹紧装置移动速度快,夹紧效果好,有效提高了焊接效率。
Plate heat exchanger is widely used in the industrial sector.In the actual welding process,the large gap in the welding area between the plates groups leads to low welding efficiency and high production cost.Aiming at the problem of low welding efficiency in the welding process,a welding clamping device was designed.The welding clamping action of all welded plate heat exchanger was analyzed,and a three-axis linkage fast clamping method and the design scheme of welding clamping device were put forward.The working flow of the key clamping parts of the welding clamping device was studied.The three-dimensional modeling and simulation of the welding clamping device of the heat exchanger were carried out by using SolidWorks software,and the structure was optimized.The prototype of the welding clamping device was developed and the experiment was carried out.The results of the experiments show that the welding clamping device moves fast and has good clamping effect,which effectively improves the welding efficiency.
