摘要
应急柴油发电机组是核电站事故工况下最后的电源保障,结构复杂的凸轮轴是其重要的结构功能部件。为保证自行设计和制造的大型凸轮轴能完全替代国外进口产品,探索核电应急柴油发电机凸轮轴的设计标准及性能试验方法,根据应急柴油发电机凸轮轴加载试验要求设计凸轮轴型式试验台架。采用独有检测手段和结构设计,实现静态压力控制,同时运用高精度传感器实现动态加载监控。通过半尺寸凸轮轴模拟件在台架的验证及评价,证明了该台架的测控功能,从而实现大型凸轮轴在重载、高转速及复杂工况下的变载试验、寿命试验、强度试验及故障诊断。该台架系统可提供模拟工况下大型凸轮轴的性能评估。
Emergency diesel generator unit is the last power support under the accidental circumstance in nuclear power plants,where the camshaft is one of the complicated structural and functional components.In order to fulfil the replacement of the imported camshafts by domestically designed and manufactured ones,a camshaft bench test system was designed and constructed as per loading requirements,consequently exploring design specification and performance test methods of camshafts for nuclear emergency diesel generators.Employing a unique monitoring technique and structure design,it has been successfully achieved to impose varying static pre-loading and also monitoring dynamic loading force with high-precision sensors.Through experimental bench testing with half-sized camshaft workpiece,it was proved that the system fulfilled the objective of simulation evaluation of life cycle,strength test and fault diagnosis under varying conditions of heavy load,high speed,complex varying loads.
