乳腺癌人工智能诊断技术专利申请态势与布局分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析乳腺癌人工智能诊断技术的专利申请态势及主要创新主体专利布局策略,为该领域国内创新主体技术发展和专利布局提供参考。方法:检索1990年1月1日至2022年2月15日IncoPat全球专利数据库数据,检索式概要为(复合文本=(乳腺癌诊断相关关键词or分类号))And(复合文本=(人工智能相关算法关键词or分类号)),采用比较分析、系统分析、实证分析以及图表表述等方法对检索结果进行分析研究。结果:通过对检索结果进行简单同族合并,最终确定全球相关领域专利申请1132项。专利申请总量方面美国和中国分别排名第1位和第2位;申请人方面飞利浦和西门子公司分列第1位和第2位,腾讯及联影公司分列第4位和第6位;技术分布方面诊断分级技术分支占比最大(占52%);专利布局方面医疗企业主推硬件产品,互联网企业主推软件产品。结论:专利申请总量上中国与排名第1位的美国还存在一定差距;诊断分级是该领域的核心技术分支,提高准确性是该领域最受创新主体关注的技术效果,深度学习是该领域的热点技术;国外传统医疗器械公司在该领域专利申请排名靠前,互联网企业发展势头强劲,国内企业在技术上正逐渐缩小与国外企业的差距。 Objective:To analyze the patent application situation of artificial intelligence diagnosis technology for breast cancer and the patent layout strategy of major innovators,and to provide reference for the technology development and patent layout of domestic innovators in this field.Methods:Taking the incoPat global patent database as the data source,the retrieval time was from January 1,1990 to February 15,2022,and the summary of the retrieval formula was(composite text=(keywords related to breast cancer diagnosis or classification number or classification number))And(composite text=(artificial intelligence-related algorithm keywords or classification number)).The retrieval results were analyzed by comparative analysis,systematic analysis,empirical analysis and graphical representation.Results:Through a simple family merger of the search results,1,132 global patent applications in related fields were finally determined.In terms of the total number of patent applications,the United States and China ranked first and second respectively;in terms of applicants,Philips and Siemens ranked first and second respectively,Tencent and United Imaging ranked fourth and sixth respectively;in terms of technology distribution,the diagnostic grading technology branch accounted for the largest proportion(accounting for 52%);in terms of patent layout,medical enterprises mainly promoted hardware products,and internet enterprises mainly promoted software products.Conclusion:There is still a certain gap between China and the United States,which ranks first in the total number of patent applications;diagnostic grading is a core technical branch in this field,and improving accuracy is the technical effect that attracts the most attention from innovators in this field,and deep learning is a hot spot in this field technology.Foreign traditional medical device companies rank high in patent applications in this field,and internet companies have a strong development momentum,and domestic companies are gradually narrowing the gap with foreign companies in terms of technology.
