智慧医院医疗设备全生命周期管理系统构建与评价研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:构建智慧医院医疗设备全生命周期管理系统,评价其运行效率、运行成本和用户体验。方法:基于波特价值链模型,分析医疗设备智慧管理的预期指标,建立医疗设备全生命周期数据库,采用浏览器与服务器(B/S)多层架构结合射频识别(RFID)技术,构建集“采+管+养+控”于一体的智慧医院医疗设备全生命周期管理系统,并对其运行效率、运行成本和用户体验进行评价。结果:医疗设备全生命周期管理系统运行稳定,管理的医疗设备在计划论证、招标采购、资产盘点、状态监测和效益分析方面运行效率明显改善。2020-2022年度医疗设备全生命周期管理系统累计异常预警159台次,据此开展预防性维修220台次,节约设备维修费用1063万元,而用户体验有待进一步改善。结论:基于RFID技术的智慧医院医疗设备全生命周期管理系统能够提升医疗设备运行效率,降低运营成本,实现医院医疗设备规范化、精细化和智能化管理。 Objective:To construct a medical equipment lifecycle management system,and to evaluate the operational efficiency,operational cost and user experience of that.Methods:Based on the Porter's value chain model,the expected indicators of smart management of medical equipment were analyzed,and a lifecycle database of medical equipment was established.The browser and server(B/S)multi-layer architecture combined with radio frequency identification(RFID)technique was adopted to construct a medical equipment lifecycle management system that integrated"procurement,management,maintenance and control"into one.And then,the operational efficiency,operational cost and user experience of that were further evaluated.Results:The operation of the medical equipment lifecycle management system is stable,and the operational efficiency of the managed medical equipment was significantly improved in the aspects included plan argumentation,bidding procurement,asset inventory,status monitoring and benefit analysis.From 2020 to 2022,the medical equipment lifecycle management system reported a total of 159 abnormal warnings,and 220 preventive maintenances were performed according to above warnings,which saved 10.63 million CNY for the costs of equipment maintenance.But the user experience of that need further be improved.Conclusion:The medical equipment lifecycle management system based on RFID technique can improve the operational efficiency of medical equipment,and reduce the operational cost,and achieve the standardized,refined and intelligent management for medical equipment of hospital.
