揭示构建人类命运共同体在世界历史进程中的客观必然性,是21世纪马克思主义世界历史理论的重大问题。按照唯物史观原理,这一客观历史必然性首先奠基于世界历史的存在论基础,即人类物种的永久生存,因为如果世界历史是人类走向毁灭的过程,世界历史就失去了全部意义。其次,要为人类永久生存这一最高价值确立世界历史的自然法权基础,以便为世界历史中各民族国家提供通向永久和平的理性法则,这一自然法权基础便是各民族国家的“共生法则”。最后,按照唯物史观原理,自然法权必须扬弃其抽象的法理规定,在全人类共同价值和一种普遍的人类文明形态中,确保世界历史最终通向人类命运共同体。

Revealing the objective inevitability of building a Community with a shared future for mankind in the process of Human history is a major theoretical issue of Marxist Human history theory in the 21st century.According to the principle of historical materialism,this objective historical inevitability is first based on the ontological basis of Human history,that is,the permanent survival of human species,because if Human history is the process of the destruction of human species,Human history will lose its full significance.Secondly,it is necessary to establish the natural legal basis of Human history for the highest value of the permanent survival of human species,so as to provide the rational law leading to permanent peace for all nationstates in Human history.This natural legal basis is the"symbiotic law"of all nation-states.Finally,according to the principle of historical materialism,natural law must sublate its abstract legal provisions,and only in the common values of all mankind and a universal form of human civilization can Human history ultimately lead to a Community with a shared future for mankind.
