摘要
目前二矿区已进入深部开采阶段,由于二矿区1000m中段水平矿柱在高集中应力、长期采动扰动和各个盘区水平矿柱的受力不均衡影响下,使得本已破碎的矿体更加破碎,加大了进路开采难度,分段道等返修率高的现象也更加突出。为此通过对二矿区1018m分段进路回采稳定性开展现场调查发现现用支护方式对于矿岩比较破碎的一期和二期进路来说,素喷混凝土支护只能防止表面浮石掉落,并不能阻止大的楔形块体失稳导致的矿体边帮垮冒,现场素喷混凝土支护厚度较少满足设计要求等问题,对此提出若干支护建议并进行说明。
At present,the second mining area has entered the deep mining stage,because the horizontal ore column at level 1000m in mining area 2 is affected by high concentration stress,long-term mining disturbance and the uneven force of the horizontal ore column in each panel,the broken ore body become more broken,which increases the difficulty of approach mining and high-lights repair rate of sectional tunnel.Therefore,through the field investigation on the stoping stability of sections at level 1018m mining area 2,it is found that:for the phase 1 and phase 2 approaches with relatively broken ore and rock,the plain shotcrete sup-port can only prevent the falling of pumice on the surface,but cannot prevent the collapse of the ore body sidewall caused instability of large wedge-shaped blocks.In addition,the thickness of the on-site plain shotcrete support can hardly meets the design require-ments.This paper proposes some suggestions on supporting and provides relating explanations.
