摘要
ACS6000交流滤波电路采用二阶无源高通滤波器,可以有效滤除高次谐波,减少并联滤波回路数。在某次供电网电压波动大幅超过限定值时,IFU柜内滤波电容器被击穿,导致变频器无法正常使用。经过ABB调试工程师与工区电气技术人员的共同分析与排查下,最终解决了问题,排除了故障,确保了主井提升工区提矿工作的有序进行。
AC filter circuit ACS6000 uses a second-order passive high-pass filter,which can effectively filter out higher-order harmonic and reduce the number of parallel filter circuits.When the voltage fluctuation of the power supply network greatly exceeds the limit value,the filter capacitor in the IFU cabinet is broken down,resulting in the failure of normal use of the frequency convert-er.Through the joint analysis and troubleshooting of ABB commissioning engineers and electrical technicians in the work area,the problem was finally solved and the fault was eliminated,which ensures the orderly progress of the ore hoisting work in the hoisting work area of main shaft.
