Construction and Application of Synthetic Furnace Production Information Platform

针对某集团熔炼分厂合成炉工序控制系统品牌多、系统分散、生产数据“孤岛化”、生产工况无法实时集中监控等问题,本文提出了一种基于工业实时历史数据库的企业生产信息化平台建设方案。该方案基于工业实时数据库搭建工业生产数据采集与存储平台,实现了生产数据的集成管理;通过可视化技术和报表开发工具,进行合成炉生产过程可视化、生产报表自动生成等功能设计,实现了熔炼分厂合成炉工序生产过程全流程的实时监控,改变了由人工录入Excel生成生产报表的传统模式,提高了生产报表的时效性和准确性。同时也为相关企业生产信息化建设提供了一套可借鉴的建设方案。

In response to the problems such as multiple brands,scattered system,"siloed"production data,and inability to monitor production conditions in real time,this paper proposes a construction scheme of enterprise production information platform based on industrial real-time historical database.Based on the industrial real-time database,the project builds the industrial pro-duction data collection and storage platform,and realizes the integrated management of production data.Through visualization tech-nology and report development tools,the visualization of the production process of synthetic furnace and the automatic generation of production reports and other functions were designed,which realizes the real-time monitoring of the whole production process of the synthetic furnace in the smelting branch plant,changes the traditional mode of generating production reports by manual input of Ex-cel,and improved the timeliness and accuracy of production reports.At the same time,it also provides a set of reference construc-tion scheme for the production informatization construction of related enterprises.
