基于Autodyn靶材优化的新型梳状靶破片测试技术

Research on New Flexible Sensing Fragment Parameter Measurement Technology Based on Autodyn Target Optimization

摘要 针对现有破片参数测试方案中测试结果易受到现场恶劣环境影响且无法有效测试中靶坐标的缺点,开展了基于Autodyn的靶材优化仿真与基于FPGA采集控制逻辑相结合的研究。设计研制了一种新型梳状传感破片参数测试系统,并进行了弹道枪破片射击及静爆测试试验,试验结果表明该测试系统可实现对破片测试速度最小衰减以及破片中靶坐标精准测试,其中系统测速精度误差小于1%,中靶坐标区域精度为50mm。 Aiming at the disadvantage that the test results of the existing fragment parameter test schemes are easily affected by the harsh environment in the field and cannot effectively test the target coordinates,a research is carried out on the combination of target optimization simulation based on Autodyn and acquisition control based on FPGA.In this study,a new comb shaped sens⁃ing fragment parameter testing system is designed,and the ballistic gun fragment shooting and static explosion testing tests are car⁃ried out.The test results show that this testing system can achieve the minimum attenuation of fragment testing speed and the accu⁃rate measurement of fragment target coordinates.The system speed measurement accuracy error is less than 1%,and the accuracy of target coordinate area is 50 mm.
