慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronic atrophic gastritis,CAG)是消化系统常见疾病,中医药对于治疗CAG的治疗有独特之处,文章综合论述了中医药治疗CAG的现状,诊治过程中存在的问题,并对未来治疗进行了展望。希望对从事该病研究的广大临床科研工作者有所借鉴和帮助。CAG以胃黏膜萎缩,固有腺体减少为特征,伴或不伴有肠上皮化生(或)假幽门腺化生。

Chronic atrophic gastritis is a common disease of the digestive system.Traditional Chinese Medicine has its unique features in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.This article comprehensively discusses the current situation of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,the problems in the process of diagnosis and treatment,and looks forward to the future treatment.It is hoped that it can be used for reference and help for clinical researchers engaged in the research of this disease.Chronic atrophic gastritis is characterized by atrophy of gastric mucosa and reduction of intrinsic glands,with or without intestinal metaplasia(or)pseudopyloric metaplasia.
