急诊急性昏迷患者对其病死率及抢救成功率的影响

Effect of emergency treatment on the mortality and success rate of emergency treatment in patients with acute coma

目的探讨急诊急救措施对急性昏迷患者病死率及抢救成功率的影响。方法回顾性分析该院2021年1月至2022年6月期间急诊科收治的120例急性昏迷患者资料,所有患者送急诊后均立即采取急诊抢救措施。根据昏迷评分(GCS)对抢救结果进行评价,记录不同原因昏迷患者的抢救结果情况,分析影响患者不良预后的危险因素。结果120例昏迷患者经急诊急救抢救后,共抢救成功103例,抢救成功率85.83%;包括显效36例,显效率30.00%;好转46例,好转率38.33%;稳定21例,稳定率17.50%;另外,恶化10例,恶化率为8.33%;死亡7例,病死率为5.83%;患者昏迷程度(χ^(2)=11.650)、发病后不同送院时间(χ^(2)=5.681)、不同器官功能障碍程度(χ^(2)=5.685)为影响急诊急性昏迷患者不良预后的危险影响(P<0.05)。结论积极实施急诊急救措施可提高对急性昏迷患者的抢救成功率,通过尽早送院、稳定患者生命体征、对症施治等,可有效促进患者病情好转与维持病情稳定,提高患者预后。

Objective To investigate the effect of emergency measures on the mortality and rescue success rate of patients with acute coma.Methods The data of 120 patients with acute coma admitted to the emergency department of the hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Emergency rescue measures were taken immediately after all patients were admitted to the emergency department.The rescue results were evaluated according to the GCS score,the rescue results of patients with different causes of coma were recorded,and the risk factors affecting the poor prognosis of patients were analyzed.Results 103 of 120 coma patients were successfully rescued after emergency treatment,the success rate was 85.83%.Including 36 cases with significant effect,the significant efficiency was 30.00%;46 cases were improved,the improvement rate was 38.33%;21 cases were stable,with a stability rate of 17.50%.In addition,10 cases deteriorated,the deterioration rate was 8.33%;There were 7 deaths(5.83%).The degree of coma(χ^(2)=11.650),different hospital admission time after onset(χ^(2)=5.681),and different degree of organ dysfunction(χ^(2)=5.685)were the risk factors affecting the poor prognosis of acute coma patients in emergency department(P<0.05).Conclusion Positive implementation of emergency measures can improve the success rate of emergency treatment for patients with acute coma,through early hospitalization,stabilizing the patients′vital signs,symptomatic treatment,can effectively promote the improvement of the patient′s condition and maintain the stability of the condition,improve the prognosis of patients.
