2017-2022年凝血试验室间质评回顾分析

Retrospective analysis of external quality assessment in coagulation from 2017 to 2022

目的回顾分析2017-2022年该科室参加国家卫计委临检中心凝血试验室间质评结果,统计得分情况及偏倚趋势,发现潜在风险,完善检测流程,提高检测质量。方法每年2次定期对卫计委临检中心凝血试验室发放的质评物进行检测,按照不同检测水平,仪器,试剂按时对检测结果进行回报。结果2017-2022年凝血试验室间质评共检测50个质量控制品,其中,活化部分凝血激酶时间(APTT)和凝血酶时间(TT)在2018年第二次室间质评出现1次失控,失控率为2%,血浆凝血酶原时间、纤维蛋白原、国际标准化比值均未发生失控现象,失控率为0,各项目质评得分均≥80%,全部符合能力验证要求,质评成绩汇总均为满意。结论凝血试验质量控制应贯穿于实验室质量管理的各个环节。应加强实验室操作人员的专业素质,重视仪器的日常维护保养,保证试剂质量,认真做好室内质量控制,以保证检验结果的准确、可靠、稳定。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the results of our department′s external quality assessment in coagulation laboratory planning commission from 2017 to 2022,count the scores and bias trend,find out the potential risks,improve the testing process and improve the testing quality.Methods The quality evaluation materials issued by the coagulation laboratory of the clinical inspection center of the health planning commission were tested regularly twice a year,and the test results were reported on time according to different test levels,instruments and reagents.Results From 2017 to 2022,a total of 50 quality control products were tested in the interstitial evaluation of coagulation laboratory.Among them,APTT and TT were out of control once in the second interstitial evaluation in 2018,and the out-of-control rate was 2%.PT,INR,FIB did not get out of control,and the out-of-control rate was 0.The quality evaluation scores of all items were≥80%,all of which met the requirements of ability verification.The summary of quality evaluation results was satisfactory.Conclusion The quality control of blood coagulation test should run through all aspects of laboratory quality management.We should strengthen the professional quality of laboratory operators,pay attention to the daily maintenance of instruments,ensure the quality of reagents,and do a good job in internal quality control to ensure the accuracy,reliability and stability of inspection quality.
