总25-羟基维生素D及维生素B12测定对肝细胞癌患者的临床意义

摘要 目的探讨肝细胞癌与外周血中总25-羟基维生素D(VD-T)及维生素B12(Vit B12)的关系。方法选取2020年1月至2022年10月于该院就诊的120例肝细胞癌患者作为肝癌组,另将同期到120例健康体检者作为对照组,采用化学发光法测定两组外周血血清VD-T及Vit B12水平,分析其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果肝癌组血清VD-T水平(11.38±5.54)ng/mL明显低于对照组(21.46±8.47)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肝癌组血清Vit B12水平(894.31±413.57)pmol/L明显高于对照组(345.81±184.33)pmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且VD-T与Vit B12可能与肝细胞癌患者淋巴结转移及疾病分期相关(P<0.05)。结论外周血中,总VD-T和Vit B12的水平与肝细胞癌密切相关,可作为肝细胞癌发生、进展的重要参考依据。
