关节镜下前交叉韧带保留残端重建术与不保留残端重建术治疗前交叉韧带损伤患者的效果分析

Effect of Arthroscopic Anterior Cruciate Ligament Retain Stump Reconstructive Surgery and Not Retain Stump Reconstructive Surgery in Patients with Anterior Cruciate Ligament Injury

目的:分析关节镜下前交叉韧带保留残端重建术与不保留残端重建术治疗前交叉韧带损伤患者的临床效果。方法:选取邵武市立医院2018年3月—2022年3月收治的54例前交叉韧带损伤患者作为本次研究对象,根据患者手术治疗方式进行分组,其中实施关节镜下前交叉韧带不保留残端重建术治疗的患者纳入参照组(n=27),实施关节镜下前交叉韧带保留残端重建术的患者纳入研究组(n=27)。对比两组膝关节功能、膝关节被动活动觉察阈值及膝关节被动角度再生试验结果。结果:术后3个月、6个月,两组膝关节功能评分均高于术前,且研究组膝关节功能评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月、6个月,两组膝关节被动活动觉察阈值均低于术前,且研究组膝关节被动活动觉察阈值低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3个月、6个月,两组膝关节被动角度再生试验结果均低于术前,且研究组膝关节被动角度再生试验结果低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与实施不保留残端重建术治疗相比,对膝关节前交叉韧带损伤患者实施保留残端重建术效果更为显著,能有效促进膝关节功能及关节感觉功能的恢复。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament retain stump reconstructive surgery and not retain stump reconstructive surgery in patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury.Method:A total of 54 patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury admitted to Shaowu Municipal Hospital from March 2018 to March 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were grouped according to the surgical treatment methods of the patients.Among them,patients who underwent arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament not retain stump reconstructive surgery were included in the reference group(n=27),and patients who underwent arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament retain stump reconstructive surgery were included in the study group(n=27).The results of knee joint function,passive motion detection threshold of knee joint,and knee joint passive angle regeneration test of two groups were compared.Result:At 3 and 6 months after surgery,the knee joint function scores of both groups were higher than those before surgery,and the knee joint function scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after surgery,the passive motion detection threshold of knee joint in both groups were lower than those before surgery,and the passive motion detection threshold of knee joint in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after surgery,the results of knee joint passive knee angle regeneration test in both groups were lower than those before surgery,and the results of knee joint passive knee angle regeneration test in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the not retain stump reconstructive surgery,the effect of retain stump reconstructive surgery on patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury of the knee joint is more significant,which can effectively promote the recovery of knee joint function and joint sensory function.
