雷贝拉唑联合微生态制剂治疗老年FD患者的效果及对血清GHR、AchE、MTL、GAS表达的影响

Effect of Rabeprazole Combined with Microecological Preparation in the Treatment of Senile FD Patients and Its Influence on Serum GHR,AchE,MIT and GAS Expression

目的:分析雷贝拉唑联合微生态制剂治疗老年功能性消化不良(FD)患者的效果及对血清促生长素(GHR)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)、胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)表达的影响。方法:选取厦门大学附属第一医院2019年6月—2022年8月收治的78例老年FD患者作为研究对象,以抽签法将其分为对照组与观察组,各39例。对照组使用雷贝拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上另给予微生态制剂治疗,对比两组的症状评分、治疗效果、实验室指标、不良反应。结果:治疗后观察组症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为94.87%,高于对照组的76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组实验室各指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为10.26%,虽低于对照组的15.38%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:雷贝拉唑联合微生态制剂治疗老年FD的效果确切且安全性尚可,能提高血清GHR、AchE、MTL、GAS表达水平,改善症状表现。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Rabeprazole combined with microecological preparation in the treatment of senile functional dyspepsia(FD)patients and its influence on serum growth promoting hormone(GHR)and acetylcholinesterase(AchE),motilin(MTL),gastrin(GAS)expression.Method:A total of 78 elderly FD patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from June 2019 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Rabeprazole,and the observation group was additionally treated with microecological preparations on the basis of control group.The symptom scores,therapeutic effects,laboratory indexes and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Result:The symptom score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%,which was higher than 76.92%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The laboratory indexes of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.26%,which was lower than 15.38%in the control group,but the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Rabeprazole combined with microecological preparation is effective and safe in the treatment of senile FD,it can increase the expression level of serum GHR,AchE,MTL and GAS,and improve the symptom.
