手法按摩配合中频理疗治疗小儿面瘫的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Manual Massage Combined with Intermediate Frequency Physical Therapy in the Treatment of Children with Facial Paralysis

目的:分析手法按摩配合中频理疗治疗小儿面瘫的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2021年6月于信宜市人民医院诊治的64例面瘫患儿为研究对象。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各32例。对照组给予中频理疗,研究组给予手法按摩配合中频理疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后面神经功能及面部情况。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率为96.88%,高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组面神经功能评分为(9.15±1.89)分,低于对照组的(12.49±2.76)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组社会生活功能(FDIS)评分为(21.46±3.18)分,高于对照组的(18.24±2.27)分,躯体功能(FDIP)评分为(9.52±0.89)分,低于对照组的(11.29±1.03)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手法按摩配合中频理疗治疗小儿面瘫的临床效果较好,能有效改善患儿面神经指标,且预后效果较好。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of manual massage combined with intermediate frequency physical therapy in the treatment of children with facial paralysis.Method:A total of 64 children with facial paralysis treated in People's Hospital of Xinyi City from January 2018 to June 2021 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given intermediate frequency physical therapy,and the study group was given manual massage combined with intermediate frequency physical therapy.The clinical efficacy,facial nerve function and facial condition before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 96.88%,which was higher than 81.25%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the facial nerve function score of the study group was(9.15±1.89)points,which was lower than(12.49±2.76)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the facial disability index social function(FDIS)score of the study group was(21.46±3.18)points,which was higher than(18.24±2.27)points of the control group,and the facial disability index physical function(FDIP)score of the study group was(9.52±0.89)points,which was lower than(11.29±1.03)points of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of manual massage combined with intermediate frequency physical therapy in the treatment of children with facial paralysis is good,which can effectively improve the facial nerve index of children,and the prognosis effect is good.
