经典名方炙甘草汤治疗心律失常的研究现状

The Classical Prescription Zhigancao Decoction(炙甘草汤)Treats Arrhythmias:A Review

心律失常是人群中普遍发生的一种心血管疾病,具有较高的患病率、死亡率,既可单独出现,也可合并其他疾病出现,已成为困扰医学领域的一大难题。炙甘草汤是临床上治疗心律失常的经典方剂并发挥着重要作用,具有多途径、多靶点、疗效显著、安全性高、副作用少的特点。近年来随着对其药理、作用机制以及临床研究的不断深入,发现炙甘草汤能够通过调控离子通道、抑制细胞自噬、调控自主神经系统、改善能量代谢、缓解氧化应激、抑制免疫炎症反应、等多途径对心律失常发挥作用;同时能够显著改善心律失常患者的临床症状。然而目前尚缺乏对炙甘草汤治疗心律失常相关文献的系统性整理及归纳分析。本文对炙甘草汤中各中药组分的现代药理学作用以及该方治疗心律失常的作用机制和临床研究进展等三个方面进行综述,为炙甘草汤治疗心律失常提供理论和临床诊疗思路。

Arrhythmias,a common cardiovascular disease with high morbidity and mortality,can occur alone or in combination with other diseases and has become a major problem in medicine.Zhigancao Decoction(炙甘草汤)as a classical prescription for the clinical treatment of arrhythmias exerts the therapeutic effect in a multi-pathway and multi-target manner,demonstrating significant efficacy,high safety,and mild side effects.In recent years,as the research on the pharmacology,mechanism,and clinical effects has been deepening,scientists have discovered that Zhigancao Decoction can treat arrhythmia by regulating ion channels,inhibiting cellular autophagy,modulating the autonomic nervous system,improving energy metabolism,alleviating oxidative stress,and suppressing immune inflammatory responses to mitigate the clinical symptoms of the patients with arrhythmias.However,the systematic review of the studies about the treatment of arrhythmias with Zhigancao Decoction remains to be carried out.This paper reviews the pharmacological effects of the components in Zhigancao Decoction and the mechanism and clinical research progress of this prescription in the treatment of arrhythmias,aiming to provide theoretical and clinical treatment ideas for the treatment of arrhythmias with Zhigancao Decoction.
