探讨宫颈水囊辅助人工破膜及缩宫素联合用于促子宫颈成熟和引产的临床效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究宫颈水囊辅助人工破膜+缩宫素联合促子宫颈成熟与引产的效果。方法选取58例满足引产指标的孕妇,根据随机数字表法将孕妇分为对照组(人工破膜+缩宫素方式)与研究组(宫颈水囊+人工破膜+缩宫素方式),每组29例。比较两组干预效果。结果研究组促宫颈成熟效果96.55%高于对照组的75.86%(P<0.05)。研究组新生儿Apgar评分、新生儿体重高于对照组,产程、临产时间短于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组(P<0.05),两组产后出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运用宫颈水囊+人工破膜+缩宫素联合干预方式促子宫颈成熟和引产价值较高,可改善孕妇临床指标,运用价值较高。 Objective To study the effect of cervical water sac assisted artificial rupture of membranes+oxytocin combined with cervical maturation and labor induction.Methods 58 pregnant women who met the indexes of labor induction were selected and divided into control group(artificial rupture of membranes+oxytocin mode)and research group(cervical water sac+artificial rupture of membranes+oxytocin mode)according to random number table method,with 29 cases in each group.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The effect of cervical maturation in the study group was 96.55%higher than that in the control group(75.86%)(P<0.05).The Apgar score and neonatal weight of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the labor and labor time were shorter than those of the control group,and the cesarean section rate was lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postpartum blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined intervention of cervical water sac+artificial rupture of membranes+oxytocin has higher value in promoting cervical maturation and inducing labor,which can improve a variety of clinical indicators in pregnant women and has higher application value.
