腹腔镜高位宫骶韧带悬吊术联合子宫颈截除术治疗生育期子宫脱垂的长期疗效及性功能评价

Long-term efficacy and sexual function evaluation of laparoscopic high uterine sacral ligament suspension combined with cervical amputation in the treatment of reproductive uterine prolapse

目的评价腹腔镜高位宫骶韧带悬吊术联合子宫颈截除术治疗生育期子宫脱垂的长期疗效及性功能效果。方法选取100例生育期子宫脱垂患者,按照随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组50例。对照组接受腹腔镜高位宫骶韧带悬吊术治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合子宫颈截除术治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果试验组治疗总有效率96.00%高于对照组的64.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,对照组与试验组的性功能质量评分为(5.60±1.04)分、(5.58±1.23)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,对照组患者性功能质量评分为(13.02±2.41)分,试验组为(18.65±2.37)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜高位宫骶韧带悬吊术联合子宫颈截除术应用于治疗生育期子宫脱垂的效果更佳,患者性功能治疗评分更高,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the long-term efficacy and sexual function of laparoscopic high uterine sacral ligament suspension combined with cervical amputation in the treatment of uterine prolapse during the reproductive period.Methods 100 patients with uterine prolapse during reproductive period were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received laparoscopic suspension of the high uterine sacral ligament,and the experimental group received combined cervical amputation on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 96.00%higher than that of control group(64.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the sexual function quality scores of control group and experimental group were(5.60±1.04)points and(5.58±1.23)points,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the sexual function quality score of the control group was(13.02±2.41)points,and that of the experimental group was(18.65±2.37)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic high uterine sacral ligament suspension combined with cervical amputation is more effective in the treatment of reproductive uterine prolapse,and the patients'sexual function treatment score is higher,which is worth promoting.
