桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症临床疗效及对血清性激素的影响研究

Clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with mifepristone in the treatment of endometriosis and its effect on serum sex hormones

目的研究子宫内膜异位症(EMS)采用桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗疗效及对患者血清性激素的影响。方法选取80例EMS患者,根据随机抽签法分为单一组与联合组,每组40例。两组均使用米非司酮治疗,在此基础上联合组应用桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率、治疗前后症状积分及血清性激素。结果联合组治疗总有效率95.00%高于单一组的80.00%(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组患者症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组患者症状积分低于单一组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者促黄体生成素(LH)、孕酮(P)及雌二醇(E_(2))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组LH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),联合组患者P、E_(2)水平均明显低于单一组(P<0.05)。结论EMS患者采用米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗的疗效显著。

Objective To study the effect of Guizhi Fuling capsule capsule combined with mifepristone on the treatment of endometriosis(EMS)and serum sex hormones.Methods 80 patients with EMS were selected and divided into single group and combined group according to random drawing method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with mifepristone,and the combined group was treated with Guizhi Fuling capsule.The therapeutic effect,incidence of adverse reactions,symptom scores before and after treatment and serum sex hormones were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of combination group was 95.00%higher than that of single group(80.00%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between 2 groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,symptom scores in combination group were lower than those in single group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),progesterone(P)and estradiol(E_(2))between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in LH level between the two groups(P>0.05),while P and E_(2) levels in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of mifepristone combined with Guizhi Fuling capsule on EMS patients was significant.
