探讨妇产科急危重症患者院前急救及护理的效果

To explore the effect of pre-hospitalfirst aid and nursing for acute critical patients in obstetrics and gynecology

目的探讨妇产科急危重症患者的院前急救及护理效果。方法选取50例妇产科急危重症患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组25例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予院前急救干预。比较两组干预效果。结果观察组确诊-专科治疗时间(29.14±3.35)min、总抢救时间(40.16±2.03)min均明显短于对照组的(47.36±5.33)min、(54.51±4.72)min(P<0.05)。观察组发生脐带脱垂1例,发生率为4.00%;对照组发生脐带脱垂3例,子宫破裂2例,大出血1例,发生率为24.00%。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组急救满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将院前急救干预应用于妇产科急危重症患者中效果显著,应用价值较高。

Objective To explore the effect of pre-hospitalfirst aid and nursing for acute critical patients in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 50 critically ill patients in obstetrics and gynecology were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given pre-hospital emergency intervention.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The time from diagnosis to specialist treatment(29.14±3.35)min and the total rescue time(40.16±2.03)min in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(47.36±5.33)min and(54.51±4.72)min(P<0.05).One case of umbilical cord prolapse occurred in the observation group(4.00%).In the control group,there were 3 cases of umbilical cord prolapse,2 cases of uterine rupture and 1 case of massive hemorrhage(24.00%).The complication rate of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Thefirst aid satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of pre-hospital emergency intervention in acute critical patients in obstetrics and gynecology is remarkable and the application value is high.
