Roy适应模式护理和常规护理对妊高症患者身心状态的影响

Effect of Roy's adaptive mode of nursing and routine nursing on patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension

目的研究分析妊高症护理中Roy适应模式护理和常规护理的干预效果及对患者身心状态干预作用。方法选取100例妊高症患者,按照抽签法分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施Roy适应模式护理。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良分娩结局发生率6.00%低于对照组的22.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊高症患者采用Roy适应模式护理较常规护理更具良好效果,能够提高患者生活质量,改善其负性情绪及分娩结局。

Objective To study the intervention effect of Roy pregnant mode and routine nursing in pregnancy-induced hypertension nursing and the intervention effect on patients'physical and mental state.Methods 100 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension were divided into control group and observation group according to lot,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received Roy adaptation mode nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The life quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse birth outcome in the observation group was 6.00%lower than that in the control group(22.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension,Roy adaptation mode of nursing is more effective than conventional nursing,which can improve the quality of life,negative emotions and labor outcomes.
