院内精细化护理对妊娠期高血压疾病患者分娩结局和血压水平的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of hospital intensive nursing on delivery outcome and blood pressure level of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension

目的分析在妊娠期高血压疾病患者的临床护理中应用院内精细化护理干预对分娩结局及血压水平的影响。方法选取80例妊娠期高血压疾病患者,通过双盲法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受院内精细化护理。比较两组患者护理前后血压水平、分娩结局。结果护理前,两组收缩压、舒张压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组收缩压、舒张压水平均低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良分娩结局发生率5.00%低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论院内精细化护理应用于妊娠期高血压疾病患者中,能改善患者分娩结局,降低其血压水平,应用价值较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of hospital intensive nursing intervention on delivery outcome and blood pressure level in clinical nursing of hypertensive diseases in pregnancy.Methods 80 patients with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy were selected and divided into observation group and control group by double-blind method,with 40 cases in each group.Control group patients received routine nursing,observation group patients received hospital refined nursing.Blood pressure level and pregnancy outcome before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure levels in both groups were lower than before nursing,and observation group was significantly lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group was 5.00%lower than that in control group 20.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hospital intensive nursing in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension can improve the outcome of childbirth and reduce the level of blood pressure,which is of high application value.
