快速康复护理模式在宫颈癌围手术期中的应用研究

Application of rapid rehabilitation nursing model in perioperative period of cervical cancer

目的分析快速康复护理在宫颈癌患者围手术期护理实践中的积极价值。方法选取100例宫颈癌手术治疗患者,运用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用快速康复护理。对比两组护理效果。结果观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次下床时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后12 h、24 h、3 d、7 d的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复护理在宫颈癌患者围术期中,对缓解患者术后疼痛、促进术后康复方面效果显著。

Objective To analyze the positive value of rapid rehabilitation nursing in perioperative nursing practice of patients with cervical cancer.Methods 100 patients undergoing surgical treatment for cervical cancer were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Postoperative bowel sound recovery time,first exhaust time,first getting out of bed time and hospital stay time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Visual analog scale(VAS)scores of observation group at 12 h,24 h,3 d and 7 d after surgery were significantly lower than those of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing in cervical cancer patients during the perioperative period,to relieve postoperative pain,promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients significant effect.
