早期护理对妊娠期糖尿病患者妊娠结局的影响分析

Analysis of the influence of early nursing on pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的研究妊娠期糖尿病患者使用早期护理对其妊娠结局、血糖指标及满意度的影响,旨在为后续的护理工作提供科学指导。方法选取100例妊娠期糖尿病患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施早期护理干预。比较两组患者血糖指标、不良妊娠结局及满意度。结果护理前,两组餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白及空腹血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白及空腹血糖水平均明显低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度(98.00%)高于对照组(84.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期护理价值较高,可以帮助娠糖尿病患者实现最佳护理结局,改善妊娠结局状况,降低血糖各指标水平,最大限度的满足患者护理需求,具有较高的推广价值。

Objective To study the effects of early nursing on pregnancy outcome,blood glucose index and satisfaction in patients with gestational diabetes,in order to provide scientific guidance for follow-up nursing work.Methods 100 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received early nursing intervention.Blood glucose index,adverse pregnancy outcome and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no statistical significance in 2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and fasting blood glucose levels in 2 groups were significantly lower than before nursing,and observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group(98.00%)was higher than that of the control group(84.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early care value is high,and it can help achieve the best nursing outcome for pregnancyoutcome,reduce the level of various indexes of blood sugar,and meet the nursing needs of patients to the maximum extent,which is of high promotion value.
