职业教育承担着培养高素质技能型人才的重任,在规模上已经占据了我国教育的半壁江山,对我国社会经济的快速发展起到了重要作用。然而,社会对于职业院校的认识还存在着诸多误区,对于职业院校毕业生的就业歧视也时有发生。造成以上问题既有职业院校有效生源不足、社会观念僵化等客观原因,也有师资队伍良莠不齐、办学模式落后等主观原因。与此同时,职业院校的思想政治教育质量也往往与本科院校相距甚远,而从这一角度来看,职业院校对思想政治教育工作重视不足,也是问题产生的一个重要原因。

Vocational education undertakes the important task of cultivating high-quality skilled talents.It has occupied half of our country's education in scale,and has played an important role in the rapid development of our country's social economy.However,there are still many misunderstandings in the society's understanding of vocational colleges,and employment discrimination against vocational college graduates also occurs from time to time.There are objective reasons such as insufficient effective student resources in vocational colleges and rigid social concepts,as well as subjective reasons such as uneven teaching staff and backward school-running models for the problems above.At the same time,the quality of ideological and political education in vocational colleges is often far from that of undergraduate colleges.From this perspective,the lack of emphasis on ideological and political education in vocational colleges is also an important reason for the problem.
