当前我国大学生多面临较严峻的就业情况和就业压力,因就业问题患焦虑症、抑郁症的大学生人数越来越多,对当代大学生的身心健康造成了严重影响。同时,如何缓解大学生的就业压力、提升其就业能力也成了社会焦点话题。大学生职业生涯规划可帮助大学生明确职业发展方向与目标,对缓解大学生的就业压力,提升大学生的实践能力、就业几率等均有积极影响。所以本文主要就基于服务视角下大学生生涯规划发展路径展开论述。

At present,most college students in China are faced with severe employment situation and employment pressure.A greater number of college students suffer from anxiety and depression,which has caused a serious impact on the physical and mental health of contemporary college students.At the same time,how to relieve the employment pressure of college students and improve their employability has also become the focus of the society.College students'career planning can help college students to clarify the career development direction and goals,and have a positive impact on alleviating the employment pressure of college students and improving their practical ability and employment probability.Therefore,this paper mainly discusses the career planning and development path of college students from the perspective of service.
