区域发展视域下高职院校发展策略

The Development Strategy of Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Regional Development

国内经济发展步入新阶段,需求更多具备较高综合素养的复合型优质人才,为产业结构优化以及创新发展做出贡献。高职院校作为服务区域经济发展的主力军,理应承担起为区域发展提供优质人才、优质技术等重任。基于以上,本文首先阐述区域发展视域下高职院校发展的意义,分析区域发展视域下对高职院校发展的诉求,区域发展视域下高职院校发展存在的问题,并提出针对性的优化策略。希望通过本文研究,能够为区域发展视域下高职院校发展指明方向,充分发挥高职院校对区域发展的促进作用。

The domestic economic development has entered a new stage,which demands more versatile and high-quality talents with higher comprehensive quality,to make contributions to the optimization of industrial structure and innovative development.As the main force serving regional economic development,higher vocational colleges should undertake the important task of providing high quality talents and high quality technology for regional development.Based on the above,this paper firstly expounds the significance of the development of higher vocational colleges from the perspective of regional development,analyzes the demands for the development of higher vocational colleges from the perspective of regional development,analyzes the existing problems in the development of higher vocational colleges from the perspective of regional development,and puts forward targeted optimization strategies.It is hoped that this study can point out the direction for the development of higher vocational colleges from the perspective of regional development,and give full play to the promoting role of higher vocational colleges in regional development.
