在全球经济高速发展的当下,世界对于创新能力强、专业技能过硬的优质人才需求日益增加。高职院校通过组建卓越师资队伍,以国际通用标准和国际教育理念来培养并输送具有国际视野的人才,是整个职业教育适应国际形势的重中之重。近年来因受疫情影响,国内各高职院校普遍面临着师生国际交流合作流于形式、止步不前的窘境,而以“在地国际化”这一理论独辟蹊径,以多维度全方位打造高职英语卓越教师团队为切入点,将会助力各高职院校在后疫情时代的特殊国际冲击和机遇与挑战共存的国际环境下,探索出一条兼具中国特色和国际内涵的教学实践之路。

With the rapid development of the global economy,the world has an increasing demand for high-quality talents with strong innovation ability and excellent professional skills.It is the top priority for the whole vocational education to adapt to the international situation that higher vocational colleges cultivate and deliver talents with international vision by establishing excellent teaching staff and using international general standards and international education concepts.In recent years,affected by the epidemic,domestic higher vocational colleges are generally faced with the dilemma that international exchanges and cooperation between teachers and students are formalistic and stagnant.Taking the theory of"Internationalization at Home"as an original way and taking the multi-dimensional and all-round building of a team of excellent English teachers in higher vocational colleges as an entry point will help higher vocational colleges in the special international impact in the post epidemic era and the international environment in which opportunities and challenges coexist,exploring a way of teaching practice with both Chinese characteristics and international connotation.
