摘要 在高等职业教育高速发展背景下,革新教育理念、发挥学生主体性、提高教学实效性,是高职教育改革的根本目标与归宿。翻转课堂作为一种新型教学模式,当前教学实践中有效性不足,主要存在教师教学理念滞后、学生自学能力薄弱、课堂交流互动不足、考评体系不够合理等问题。鉴于此,应通过转变教师角色,提升教学能力;以学生为主体,建立学习自信;加强资源建设,优化教学模式等解决对策,全面提升高职院校翻转课堂构建有效性。 In the context of the rapid development of higher vocational education,reforming the educational concept,giving full play to the subjectivity of students,and improving the effectiveness of teaching are the fundamental goals and ultimate destination of the reform of higher vocational education.As a new teaching mode,flipped classroom is not effective enough in current teaching practice.There are mainly problems such as lag in teachers'teaching concepts,weak self-learning ability of students,and insufficient classroom interaction and interaction.In view of this,we should comprehensively improve the effectiveness of flipped classroom construction in higher vocational colleges by changing the role of teachers,improving teaching ability,taking students as the main body,establishing self-confidence in learning,strengthening resource construction,and optimizing teaching models.
