To Promote the Application of Career Education in College Students'Ideological and Political Education Based on"Four Leading"

生涯教育是学生发展成长的指明灯,将生涯教育融入思想政治教育工作,有利于学生理想信念形成、学风班风建设、学生日常管理等工作的开展和实施。河北工业大学能源与环境工程学院以就业工作为抓手,紧紧围绕坚守立德树人的根本任务,以学生为中心,通过思想引领、政策引领、课程引领和实践引领,指导学生增强对自我和环境的认识与分析能力,让生涯教育成为大学生思想政治教育工作中的关键环节,帮助学生在主动探索世界中,学会选择、学会适应、学会规划,成就出彩人生。

Career education is the guiding light of college students.Combining the career education with college students ideological and political education is advantageous for the ideals and beliefs,academic disciplines and behavior managements of college students.This study introduce the students employment of School of Energy and Environmental Engineering of Hebei University of Technology which insists on student-directed.To guide the students to discover themselves and the employment environment by means of thoughts leading,policy leading,courses leading and practise leading.Career education becomes the key point to help students to learn how to make choice,to adapt the life,to plan the life and finally achieve their dreams.
