以社会主义核心价值观为引领,全面优化思想政治育人工作,是新时期提出的育人新要求,也是高校育人工作面临的新形势。为解决高校传统思政教育模式存在的不足,本文立足新时代背景下,分析社会主义核心价值观引领高校思政教育深入发展的重要性,面对现实的困境,积极探索解决的措施,并提出思政教育深入发展的科学策略,以期为思政教育工作者提供参考,促进思政育人工作有效性的显著提升。

Under the guidance of socialist core values,comprehensively optimizing ideological and political education is not only a new requirement of education in the new era,but also a new situation faced by college education.In order to solve the shortcomings of the traditional ideological and political education mode in colleges and universities,based on the background of the new era,this paper analyzes the importance of socialist core values leading the in-depth development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,actively explores solutions in the face of practical difficulties,and puts forward scientific strategies for the in-depth development of ideological and political education,in order to provide reference for ideological and political educators and promote the significant improvement of the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
