大学生体育锻炼对生活满意度的影响:领悟社会支持与认知重评的链式中介作用

The Effect of Physical Exercise on Life Satisfaction of College Students:the Chain Mediating Role of Perceived Social Support and Cognitive Reappraisal

目的:通过构建链式中介模型,考察领悟社会支持和认知重评在大学生体育锻炼与生活满意度关系中的作用机制。方法:采用锻炼坚持量表、生活满意度量表、领悟社会支持量表和情绪调节量表对794名大学生进行调查。结果:①体育锻炼、生活满意度、领悟社会支持、认知重评之间均呈两两显著正相关(R=0.353、0.289、0.304.0.593、0.561、0.677,P<0.001);②大学生的领悟社会支持与认知重评分别在体育锻炼与生活满意度之间存在中介效应,效应量为0.153、0.049;③大学生的领悟社会支持和认知重评在体育锻炼与生活满意度之间具有链式中介作用,效应量为0.051。结论:体育锻炼不仅直接影响大学生的生活满意度,还通过领悟社会支持与认知重评的链式中介作用间接影响大学生的生活满意度。

This paper explores the mechanism of perceived social support and cognitive reappraisal in the relationship between physical exercise and life satisfaction of college students by constructing a chain mediation model.A total of 794 college students were investigated by exercise persistence scale,life satisfaction scale,perceived social support scale and emotional regulation scale.The results show firstly physical exercise,life satisfaction,perceived social support and cognitive reappraisal were significantly positively correlated(R=0.353,0.289,0.304,0.593,0.561,0.677;P<0.001).Secondly,perceived social support and cognitive reappraisal of college students had mediating effect between physical exercise and life satisfaction respectively,with effect size of 0.153 and 0.049.Lastly,perceived social support and cognitive reappraisal of college students had a chain mediating effect between physical exercise and life satisfaction,and the effect size was 0.051.It is concluded that physical exercise not only directly affects the life satisfaction of college students,but also indirectly affects the life satisfaction of college students through the chain mediating effect of perceived social support and cognitive reappraisal.
