变电所室外电缆起火烧损二次系统事故分析

Analysis of Accidents of Burning of Secondary System Caused by Substation Outdoor Cable Fire

铁路牵引变电所有较为完善的防雷设计,但高压电侵入变电所损伤二次系统的事故仍时有发生,影响变电所设备安全运行。针对一起铁路牵引变电所因室外电缆起火烧损二次系统设备的典型案例,从接地不规范、电缆隐患排查入手,结合环境和布局影响,分析原因,提出对策建议与解决方案。

The railway traction substation has relative comprehensive lightning protection design,however,the accident of burning of secondary system caused by the intrusion of high voltage power into the substation occurs frequently and it will interfere the safety operation of substation equipment.With regard to a typical accident that the secondary system equipment is burnt due to the substation outdoor cable fire,the causes of the accident are analyzed on the basis of investigation of non-standardized earthing and hidden hazards of cables with consideration of influences of the environment and layout,and counter-measures and solutions are put forward accordingly.
