哮喘患者疾病控制水平及其相关影响因素分析

Analysis of disease control level and related influencing factors in patients with asthma

目的分析哮喘患者疾病控制水平及其相关影响因素。方法选取南昌大学第二附属医院2021年9月-2022年11月收治的92例哮喘患者为观察对象,采用哮喘控制测试问卷(ACT)评估患者疾病控制水平,调查患者相关资料,纳入可能的因素,重点分析哮喘患者疾病控制水平的相关影响因素。结果92例哮喘患者平均ACT评分为(19.68±2.46)分,其中未控制49例,占53.26%;经Logistic回归分析检验显示,有吸烟史、疾病认知度低下、在职、自我管理能力差、家庭功能差是哮喘患者疾病控制水平的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论哮喘患者疾病控制水平较低可能受吸烟史、疾病认知度、职业状况、自我管理能力、家庭功能因素的影响。

Objective To analyze the level of disease control and its related influencing factors in patients with asthma.Methods A total of 92 patients with asthma admitted to the hospital from September 2021 to November 2022 were selected,and the level of disease control was assessed with the Asthma Control Test Questionnaire(ACT).The relevant data of the patients were investigated,and the possible factors were included.The relevant factors affecting the level of disease control of asthma patients were analyzed.Results The average ACT score of 92 patients with asthma was(19.68±2.46),of which 49 were uncontrolled,accounting for 53.26%;Logistic regression analysis showed that smoking history,low disease awareness,incumbency,poor self-management ability and poor family function were the influencing factors of asthma patients'disease control level(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion The level of disease control in asthma patients is low,which may be affected by smoking history,disease awareness,occupational status,self-management ability and family function.
