显微镜下血运重建术治疗年轻恒牙牙髓坏死患者的效果

Effect of microscopic revascularization in the treatment of young permanent teeth with pulp necrosis

摘要 目的探讨显微镜下血运重建术治疗年轻恒牙牙髓坏死患者的效果。方法将北京市丰台区妇幼保健院2019年4月-2022年4月期间收治的90例年轻恒牙牙髓坏死患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,两组均为45例。对照组选择根尖诱导成形术治疗,观察组选择牙髓血运重建术治疗,观察两组临床疗效、根管壁厚度、根管长度、牙骨样沉积率、并发症。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);术后3个月,两组根管壁厚度均较术前增厚,且观察组厚于对照组(P<0.05);两组根管长度均较术前延长,且观察组长于对照组(P<0.05);术后3个月、术后6个月,观察组牙骨样沉积率均较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论显微镜下血运重建术治疗年轻恒牙牙髓坏死可以提高临床治疗总有效率,促进根管壁、根管发育,增加牙骨样沉积,且并发症较少。 Objective To investigate the effect of microscopic revascularization in the treatment of young permanent teeth with pulp necrosis.Methods 90 young patients with pulp necrosis of permanent teeth in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2022 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method,it was divided into the control group and the observation group,with 45 cases in both groups.The control group was treated with apical induction and the observation group was treated with pulp revascularization.The clinical effect,root canal wall thickness,root canal length,tooth bone deposition rate and complications were observed in the two groups.Results The total response rate was better in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05);at 3 months after surgery,the thickness of the root canal wall in both groups increased compared to before surgery,and the root canal wall thickness of the observation group was thicker than that of the control group(P<0.05);the root canal length of both groups was longer than before surgery,the root canal of the observation group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05);at 3 months and 6 months after surgery,the dental bone deposition rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Microscopic revascularization of dental pulp necrosis in young permanent teeth can improve the overall efficiency of clinical treatment,promote the development of root canal wall and root canal,and increase dental bone deposition,with fewer complications.
