西那卡塞联合司维拉姆对慢性肾脏病5期继发SHPT的临床研究

Clinical study of Sinacase combined with Sevelam in treatment of Stage 5 secondary SHPT of chronic kidney disease

目的研究西那卡塞联合司维拉姆对慢性肾脏病5期继发SHPT的临床效果。方法选取70例慢性肾脏病5期继发SHPT患者作为主要研究对象,患者收治时间在2022年7月-2023年7月期间,随机将其分为两组,每组35例患者,观察组采取西那卡塞联合司维拉姆治疗,对照组单用西那卡塞治疗,分析并且对比两组各项指标。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率(97.14%)高于对照组(71.43%)(P<0.05);观察组甲状旁腺激素(16.27±1.16)pg/ml、血磷(0.98±0.11)mmol/L、血钙(2.21±0.12)mmol/L和对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组BUN、CRE、UA、Hb、ALB、ALP水平优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(腹泻1例、肌痛1例、恶心1例)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用西那卡塞联合司维拉姆对慢性肾脏病5期继发SHPT进行治疗,取得显著治疗效果,能降低患者不良反应,改善预后,保障患者安全。

Objective To study the clinical study on the treatment of Stage 5 chronic kidney disease secondary SHPT with Cinacase combined with Sevelam.Methods In this study,70 patients with SHPT secondary to stage 5 chronic kidney disease were selected as the main subjects.Patients admitted between July 2022 and July 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,35 patients in each group,and were respectively treated with Shenacase combined with Sevelam or single therapy.The indexes of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 97.14%higher than that of control group(71.43%)(P<0.05).Parathyroid hormone(16.27±1.16)pg/ml,blood phosphorus(0.98±0.11)mmol/L and blood calcium(2.21±0.12)mmol/L were different in the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).The levels of BUN,CRE,UA,Hb,ALB and ALP in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions(diarrhea in 1 case,myalgia in 1 case,nausea in 1 case)in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cinacase combined with Sevelam can achieve significant therapeutic effect on stage 5 secondary SHPT of chronic kidney disease,reducing adverse reactions,improving prognosis and ensuring patient safety.
