抗血小板聚集联合用药在冠心病心绞痛治疗中的应用

Application of combined antiplatelet aggregation in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

目的探索分析针对冠心病心绞痛患者应用阿司匹林肠溶片以及氯吡格雷进行治疗的方法及疗效。方法将天津市河西区挂甲寺街社区卫生服务中心2020年7月-2021年7月收入诊治的该类患者80例纳入研究范围并随机分组。对照组40例均接受单一阿司匹林肠溶片干预,研究组40例均接受阿司匹林肠溶片以及氯吡格雷联合治疗,对比两组临床效果。结果接受治疗后,研究组心绞痛发作次数显著少于对照组(P<0.05),其心绞痛持续时间更短(P<0.05),心绞痛发作间隔时间更长(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为97.50%,较对照组的80.00%占据明显优势(P<0.05)。治疗前两组FIB、PV、BV血液流变学指标水平均较高且无差异性(P>0.05);治疗后相关指标均得以显著性降低(P<0.05),研究组降低程度更为显著(P<0.05)。两组治疗之后相关生存质量评分均上升(P<0.05),研究组上升幅度更为明显(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组相关血清炎性因子指标水平均明显改善(P<0.05),研究组改善程度更为明显(P<0.05)。实施对应方案治疗过程中及治疗后,两组患者均未产生严重不良反应(P>0.05)。结论针对冠心病心绞痛患者应用阿司匹林肠溶片和氯吡格雷联合治疗,可以产生显著疗效,有助于加快缓解患者心绞痛症状,抑制血小板聚集,减少炎性反应,且安全性高,值得推广应用。

Objective The paper explored the method and effect of aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of angina pectoris.Methods 80 patients diagnosed and treated in our center from July 2020 to July 2021 were included and randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in the control group were treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets,and 40 patients in the study group were treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with clopidogrel,and the clinical effects were compared.Results After receiving treatment,the number of angina attacks in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05),with a shorter duration of angina(P<0.05),and a longer interval between angina attacks(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 97.50%,which was significantly superior to the 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the levels of FIB,PV and BV hemorheology indexes in the two groups were high and had no difference(P>0.05);after treatment,the relevant indicators were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the degree of reduction in the study group was even more significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the relevant quality of life scores increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the increase was more significant in the study group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of relevant serum inflammatory factor indicators in both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement degree in the study group was more significant(P<0.05).During and after the implementation of the corresponding treatment plan,neither group of patients experienced serious adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion Aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with clopidogrel has significant curative effect for patients with angina pectoris.It is safe and helpful to relieve the symptoms,inhibit platelet aggregation,reduce inflammatory reaction,which is worthy of promoting.
