2型糖尿病患者健康贫困脆弱性现状及其相关影响因素分析

Vulnerability of type 2 diabetes patients to health poverty and its related influencing factors

目的探究2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者健康贫困脆弱性现状及其相关影响因素。方法选取2021年6月-2022年8月于南昌大学第二附属医院就诊的86例T2DM患者,以慢性病健康贫困脆弱性为标准,综合评估患者的健康贫困脆弱性现状,并收集相关资料,将可能的影响因素纳入,分析T2DM患者健康贫困脆弱性的影响因素。结果86例T2DM患者中有41例患者处于健康贫困脆弱状态,占比47.67%。性别、年龄、居住地、受教育程度、自我管理水平与T2DM患者健康贫困脆弱性有关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病程、婚姻状况、医疗自付费用比例与T2DM患者健康贫困脆弱性无关,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经Logistic回归分析显示,男性、年龄较大、居住地为农村、高中及以下学历、自我管理水平低下是T2DM患者健康贫困脆弱的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论T2DM患者健康贫困脆弱发生率较高,男性、年龄较大、居住地为农村、高中及以下学历、自我管理水平低下为患者健康贫困脆弱性较高的危险因素。

Objective To explore the vulnerability of type 2 diabetes patients to health poverty and its related influencing factors.Methods 86 patients with T2DM who were treated in our hospital from June 2021 to August 2022 were selected to comprehensively evaluate the status of their vulnerability to health poverty based on the criteria of vulnerability to health poverty of chronic diseases.Relevant data were collected,and possible influencing factors were included to analyze the influencing factors of T2DM patients'vulnerability to health poverty.Results Among 86 T2DM patients,41 patients were in poor and fragile health status,accounting for 47.67%.Gender,age,residence,education level and self-management level were related to the vulnerability of T2DM patients to health poverty,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the course of disease,marital status and the proportion of medical out-ofpocket expenses were not related to the vulnerability of T2DM patients to health poverty,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that male,older,living in rural areas,high school and below,and low level of self-management were risk factors for T2DM patients'health poverty and vulnerability(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of health poverty and vulnerability in T2DM patients is high.Male,older,living in rural areas,high school and below,and low level of self-management are the risk factors of high health poverty and vulnerability in T2DM patients.
